Beim Umbau der Dampflok 14A der australischen Puffing Billy Railway wurden neue Erkenntnisse bez\u00fcglich der als Dr\u00f6hnen bezeichneten akustischen Schwingungen gewonnen. Im Rahmen eines kleinen Umbaus wurden diese Erkenntnisse nun auch auf der Dampflok „Heidi“ angewendet. Zuvor musste zur Vermeidung des Dr\u00f6hnens der Zerst\u00e4uberdampfdruck sehr exakt reguliert werden. Mit der neuen L\u00f6sung ist die Bedienung nun wesentlich einfacher.
