Wie im Bild ersichtlich sind die Schneepfl\u00fcge nicht selbstfahrend, sondern werden von elektrischen oder thermischen Lokomotiven gestossen. Die Schneer\u00e4umung sowohl der Strecken als auch der Bahnsteige (siehe Bild) erfolgt sehr rasch und effizient. F\u00fcr die Streckenr\u00e4umung sind 60 km\/h erlaubt, die \u00dcberfuhr kann mit 80 km\/h erfolgen. Der erste Schneepflug mit Rollenlager-Rads\u00e4tzen wurde am 21. 12. 2009 in Betrieb genommen.
